Advances in artificial intelligence have significantly boosted speech recognition and automatic captioning tools that are now found in Google Workspace (and other applications). This session will showcase some of these tools, like automatic captioning in Google Vids, voice typing (and listening) in Google Docs, live captions in Google Slides, and caption options for videos stored in Google Drive.

In this session, learn how to use Google Vids to quickly build instructional tutorials and mini-lessons that can be easily revised and updated as needs change. We’ll also take some time to learn about voice-overs, auto-captioning, transcript editing, and replacing versions of your videos so the URL never has to change.
